Computer & monitor set-up etc.. (Higley & Chandler Heights)

2 laptops-1 I take back and forth to my biz partners home, 1 here hooked to a monitor as its own screen is not working

1 desk top-inactive but will be taking to my biz partners home for use

3 monitors (2 new in the box)-need to have 2 new ones hooked up to my laptop I will be leaving here

A 4 in 1 machine-set and working fine

A scanner I cannot figure out-that I would like to take to my biz partners home for use

A “device” around here somewhere that will sync my laptop to print on the 4 in 1 machine when I am in another room

I also have other usb ports/connectors…about 20 wires that are plugged in under my desk (not sure what are necessary or just sitting there??)…setting these up in NOT my strong point..I understand technology can help me and I have it all but not the smarts or patience to read directions. Would really like to hire someone who can use “english” and get this all together and show me first hand how to use it all correctly and efficiently and even give me their ideas on how to make my life and business easier.

Looking for someone I can communicate with before you get here so we can discuss to make sure we are on the same page with what I need and to see if you are familiar with all the gadgets I have. I am not willing to pay someone to come here and learn with me...I understand there may be some things that you will have to figure out as the machines are hooked up but most of this stuff shold be a no brainer for you but not for me!
