Fix my DV9000 HP Laptop. (75th And Peoria)

Hello. I have a DV9000 Laptop from HP. It has the problem with the motherboard where the video card comes slightly dislodged from the board. It turns on but the screen does not show anything. This is a common problem with this.

I am looking for someone who knows how to fix this problem. I will give the Gig to the lowest bid who I feel can do a good job. You will only get paid if you fix it. You will do the work here at my house any afternoon this week.
