Handyman - Single Family Homes (Tempe, AZ 85282)

I have about 40 homes I manage. I am looking for general handyman work. I will pay $18 per hour as a 1099. This is NOT an employee relationship. It will be based on repairs I have. I have several jobs to be done 7/2 - 7/15, so I need someone available now. You need to have your vehicle, tools and ability to puchase small supplies. Please reply with repairs you want to do, ie. plumbing, electrical, roof, drywall, appliance repairs, tile, ect.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ
