Need PHP Expert ASAP! (anywhere)

Must know E107 and PHPCoin, and the ability to login to both and understand the password encryptions on both of them. I need a form created that will allow a user to register and it will automatically fillin both databases so PHP and MySQL knowledge is a must. Compensation based on reliability and proven functionality of the task at hand and must be done in a live environment, NDA will be required
