Newsletter / Tabloid Template Design (Work from your home or office)

Hi,

I am looking for a designer that can design an 11x17 Newsletter / tabloid like coffee news. User must be able to use MS publisher, Illustrator, ETC.

http://www.coffeenewsusa.com for example. 2inch x 3 inch advertisements along the outside. Middle row should be text boxes. Please create unique design I do not want it exactly like coffee news, just the layour scheme.

Must use placeholders to create template so I can put text into fields quickly. Please send examples of you work.
