Onsite Property Manager(s) Needed for 6 Unit Apartment Complex in Sunny Slope

Looking for an experienced onsite property manager to reside in a 2 bedroom unit in a 6 unit complex. Single person or married couple okay.

Duties include:

Show vacant units to potential tenants

Maintain cleanliness of grounds/common areas

Perform minor repairs

Clean vacant units to make rent ready

Provide weekly update to management

Move in/move out inspections

Other responsibilities as directed by management company

Requirements:

Good verbal and written communications skills

Basic maintenance and repair knowledge

Strong organizational abilities

Selection process will include screening for credit and criminal history

Onsite managers are expected to have a cell phone and reliable transportation

Bilingual would be a bonus, but not required

Compensation:

Reduced rent on a 2 bedroom unit

Onsite manager may have an additional offsite job as long as it does not interfere with their ability to be responsible to the duties of the property.
