Web Page Tech Needed

Looking for someone who is skilled in all areas of web-page maintenance.

We need someone who can make monthly text and photo updates to multiple sites, build applications ( ie. calendar with multiple user log-in capabilities ) and assist in updating a merchant account that has already been created.
