iPhone Game - Need Programmer and 2D graphics/animation artist (Phoenix)

I'm looking for individuals, or a small game company whom I can hire to create an iPhone game. I will hire local individuals only.

I will be in need of an artist who can create clean 2D vector graphics, as well as smooth animation, similar to a game like Castle Crashers or Alien Hominid (but on a smaller scale). I'm also in need of an individual who can program the game in a polished and professional manner. The game will be similar to old platform shooters, such as Contra or Metal Slug, but will be highly simplified versions of those games.

My budget for the project is $2,500. Please contact me if you believe you are qualified for this project.
