House Cleaning (Clifton/Centreville Area)

Need someone to clean 2400 sq. ft. house 2 times a month. Do basement one of those visits. Should b 3 hours for 2 levels, 4 hours for 3 levels. Dusting, 2 1/2 baths scrubbing, floors, etc., 4 bdrms. I'm neat and tidy and organized, just really too busy to clean right now. References would be helpful.
