Iphone App Developer (Atlanta)

I have created a iphone App with a team of developers. However, the developers are in China and India. The App design is complete, however I am having a hard time (to say the least) getting the app on my phone for a provisional ad hoc testing. The app already works in the simulator with no errors. I just can not load it on my iphone for final testing. I keep getting a error sign stating "a valid signing identifier does not match the keychain." I am not the developer, but i designed the functions of the APP. If someone can help me to work through this small but tedious issue we can negotiate a price. Only serious inquires please. This should not be a hard task for a real APP developer.
