Developer for Listing Site (Chicago)

We are looking for a developer to build a listing site very similar to care.com for another industry. Instead of java we would prefer to use a scripting language; php, perl, and/or python with implementation of Ajax on the front-end for a sharp feel.

Requirements for this project:

* Must have already developed a listing or marketplace application

* Must be efficient and hardworking

* Must be able to work with others as a team

* A list of at least 2 active listing applications web sites that you have worked on (do not send any other non-related links or a list too long)
