Find and Recover my stolen computer and External Drive for $ 1000 (Chicago)

My Dell Laptop, External Hard drive, family pics, biz docs were in a black leather bag in my SUV, these items were stolen from SUV by breaking-in on Claremont and Devon on north side of Chicago on Friday 2/26/2010

I need my stuff back, I am offering $ 1000 if these items are recovered some how and data is in tact or retrieved.
