I need help..PHP contact forms...nav bar (Chicago)

Hello,

I know it is the 4th of July weekend, but I am in need of desperate help for tomorrow. It should not take a good coder more than 2 hours, but I have a cleanup project that was passed on to me, and my development team has taken off for the weekend. The things that need to be done are:

-adding new navigation link (will need to be a .png)

-creating contact forms

-linking flash to work as a "splash"page

-if possible help with css for a monthly newsletter

-linking a flash video player to page

I am a novice when it comes to php, my background is in design, so at this point I am a my saturation point with all of this code. Please help. You will be compensated and again for a pro, this will not be that difficult. I must launch this project tomorrow!
