Lawn / Fall Clean-Up (Rochester Hills)

The front yard is partially done, the backyard which is average size needs to be done. I will pay $10 an hour cash negotiable. I need this done ASAP. I don't care if you use a leaf blower (which I don't own) or an assortment of rakes (which I do have). I also have a ladder that will easily go to the top of the first floor to clean the guttes.
Compensation: $10 an hour on the spot. I can negotiate this price. I just want the job done ASAP.
