Looking for website/videoediting help!! (Midtown West)

hey there, I'm a music producer (enigma, veronicas, Sinai rose) and photographer and have an industrial work/live loft in midtown west.

I need urgent help with website editing and video editing. I thought of trading the use of my space (you could temporarily live/work/photo+video shoot here) with some hours of work for my projects everyday.
