Small Business Looking for Web Design and Affiliate Pages (RTP)

Hello,
I am a local business owner in need of a web site. I currently own a domain and host it on just host. What I am looking for is for someone to go in and delete the previous site someone started and never finished, then put the site you build for me. I would like a site where leads can be generated organically and we can drum up some business through traffic. I would like a clean site where customers can come in, read some information and then leave their contact info. Just like all other small businesses we are price sensitive but looking to stretch our dollar as far as possible. We would like a web 2.0 feel with clean and vibrant images but understand that we are working on a budget. Please send us an email with contact information and a little about your services. Once the site is up I am going to look for affiliate pages where we can pay individuals for all customers sent our way. Thanks
