till small garden patch for me? (durham)

can i get someone to till my small vegetable garden patch(es)? I need to get it done soon but it's hard to justify spending a lot on it in order to make it worth your time. one patch is 11' x 17' and has been tilled in the past. considering adding another 10' x 10' in an area of yard that has not been tilled.
